During the week, we act as a food truck for the Marshall Brewing tap room. The weekday menu consists of smoked meats turned into tacos, sandwiches, nachos and whatever else we can come up with.
On the weekend, we get serious about BBQ. We cook everything fresh Friday and saturday on tulsa made hasty bake grills and stay it until we sell it all.
